- OwnASaber will NOT be raising its prices despite these new tariffs. However, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties.
- Upon receiving a customs notice, you must clear customs within 5 days and pay a tariff of 30%-40% of the product's value (the exact amount is determined by U.S. Customs).
- Failure to pay the tariff within the given timeframe may result in your order being returned or even destroyed by customs.
- If your order is returned or destroyed due to non-payment of tariffs, OwnASaber will NOT provide a refund.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. OwnASaber is not responsible for any losses due to customs clearance issues.
