Item Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day return period. Certain types of Returns will be subject to a return/stocking fee. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. 

🔵Unopened and original packaging returns will be subject to a 30% return/stocking fee.

🔵Opened/used orders will be subject to a 40% return/stocking fee. 

🔵Damaged items must first go under our replacement process before being eligible for a return. If the item is still malfunctioning after receiving the replacement items, then the order can be subject to a return. Damaged returns will not have any return/stocking fees. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ownasaber10@gmail.com. We will ask for your order information and images of the package received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please read our Return policy before placing an order. All orders will be subject to our return policy and no exceptions can be made. 


Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests can be processed if the package has not been picked for shipping. Picked for shipping does not mean that the package has been shipped out, but it is instead arriving at the packing warehouse. Contact us immediately at ownasaber10@gmail.com if you do wish to cancel your order. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Incorrect Address

If you used the wrong address when placing an order, please contact us at ownasaber10@gmail.com immediately. If your package has been picked for shipping, then we cannot change the delivery address anymore. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer, Refunds will not be processed. 

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of any kind. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
